(November 21, 2019, 2:56 pm)Changed the feta omelet to a cheap cheese and tea and coffee no longer come with breakfast. Sorry but we won't be back. Cut backs matter, especially when your an expensive breakfast place.

(November 3, 2019, 5:50 pm)Stopped here during rush hour on a Sunday with a group of 13 people. Staff was super friendly and quick! Definitely recommend to stop by this place if you are in the area.
The hyland breakfast was really good, get bacon instead of sausages:) -

(September 14, 2019, 3:47 am)their food is wonderful! cute, underrated place in port. i prefer their breakfast (it’s to die for, most of selection) but their lunch is still great. my last waitress was a bit rude, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner but other than that great experience!

It's gone up in price a little but really in comparison to anywhere else you are still getting a lot of bang for your buck. I've had almost everything off the menu and have yet to be disappointed.
