McDonald's

Third time in a row, ordered a large black Americano in the drive through. Each time they hand over a non-stickered black coffee. Last time I mentioned this and was assured it was an Americano, so I left. It was not. It's one thing, to make a mistake but three times in a row shows this is on purpose. Mentioning it's not done right to be lied too also shows they are aware of this issue. I will try one more time at this location and if it happens again. I will document and report as fraud to my CC and CFIA. This is dangerous and illegal.

This place sure knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a kind demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, always flavorful and clean.

The staff are friendly but the food usually takes longer than it should. I worked in a fast food establishment and yes orders will take longer to fill when busy but even so a customer shouldn't have to wait longer than 6 minutes for their order to be completed.

The drive thru people in the morning are great. The lady that gets the money is so friendly and kind to my family. The lady given the food every morning is very nice. Prompt fast and they always get it right. Everything is hot and great
