East Side Mario's (Guelph Line)

This was mostly a staffing related issue. To start there was confusion as to who would be serving us, as staff were going for lunches. Once we were addressed, our waitress was amazing but three other staff members went for lunch at the same time, leaving our waitress by herself. She hustled and worked hard and did everything she could and almost was able to keep up. What a pat on the back she deserves. Come on though sending three staff members for lunch at the same time and leaving one person to man the bar and the dining g room? I know it was Halloween, but that's poor management. Moving on, my meal was fine but my wife was ho hum on hers. This would have been a two star review if that waitress hadn't been so good.

Their food and service is great. I wish they would bring bread faster but they have other people to tend to because they are so good at serving everyone in a good amount of time. Lots of options and it's all really good. Definitely one of my favourites. Also, they seem to be making an effort to be enviromentally friendly which is very important to me and many others

This was our first time at this location & we weren't disappointed. Our server who's name I can't remember was very pleasant & honest when it came to ordering drinks for our daughters. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very positive & the decor was great. From when we ordered to when we received our food our server came to see how we were which was great. Only thing she forgot to mention was asking for my scene card which isn't a huge thing. Thanks for making my wife's birthday dinner a positive. Will be back again

Excellent food and service. We had an opportunity to have dinner in this restaurant and had great experience. Food very well prepared and service was excellent as well. I tried their pastas and it was great. Highly recommend for family outings..

We had a GREAT night out at East Side Mario's this week. The food was delicious, as usual, and service was awesome. Our server Joel was very attentive to our questions and was extremely quick at bringing us everything that we requested. Mina was also checking in regularly to make sure that service and food was to our liking. She was extremely pleasant and very professional in her mannerism with clients. We will definitely be returning to this location.
