The taters are delicious. Great seasoning and the chicken isn't too greasy. I would suggest a better dipping sauce like a cream cheese icing for the Sweet Mary desert though.

The staff is always very friendly & helpful. The chicken tenders, taters & macaroni salad are excellent. The chicken isn't greasy like some other places.

As you walk into Mary Brown's restaurant on Brant street you are greeted by enthusiastic and attentive staff. Most of them are younger, but the level of professionalism displayed is a refreshing change from the snotty nosed fast food workers at other establishments.

I appreciate the staff taking the time to enhance my order, letting me know that some options could be substituted. Food was even delivered to me after a very short wait.

The actual chicken sandwich that I ordered was delicious. Tender and flavorful, but not overly fried or salted. The wedges were delicious, I recommend them extra spiced (free of charge). The Mac n Cheese was good too, but I'm naturally a fan of those.

I see management commenting a lot on reviews. It'd be nice to see the owner come out from time to time. But in any case, the staff is holding down the ship, and doing a damn well job at it!

Heres hoping they don't change as soon as things start to get very busy.

We recently tried the burgers, chicken tenders and wedges and everything was delicious! The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful and the wedges were piping hot when we got them. We also received our food in just a few short minutes. The service was fantastic. As soon as you step in the restaurant, you can tell that the staff respects each other and has a solid understanding that they’re working as a team. It’s more than noticeable that staff training is very important to the manager(s) of this location.

Aside from the great food and service, the staff at this location care about your well-being while you’re visiting their restaurant. It’s almost like you’re going to a family members house for a meal. I recently got an unexpected and severe nosebleed while in the Mary Brown’s Chicken and Taters parking lot on Brant Street and Mark was super quick to respond. He came rushing outside with a bag of ice, a roll of toilet paper and explained that he was First Aid certified so if I felt dizzy or needed any other assistance, he was there to help. Mark created a safe and comfortable environment both inside and outside of this location and I’m forever grateful for that. Thank you!
