Symposium Cafe Restaurant & Lounge

Went there on a Wednesday night to enjoy dinner and half price wine. The food and service was very good.
The entertainment was inside during dinner which was a great idea. The only issue was that is was far too loud to have dinner and have conversations at the table. Maybe if the music could be tuned down a bit I think it would be a great hit for Wednesday nights.

Stopped by Georgetown Symposium with my mom for lunch and it was great. Melinda was our server and I can't say enough good things about her. Gavin the manager made sure everything was perfect and that we were satisfied with all of our food/drinks. Service like this is what makes me want to go back.

Very warm and relaxing environment. Food was really good. Staff accommodating and friendly.
Will definitely return.

First visit to this restaurant and I am very impressed with the service, friendly staff and as well great food. Thumbs up!!! A big tap on the shoulder for the manager Gavin and our server Trevor, friendly and extremely helpful.

Special thanks to Chef Nancy who surprised us with a giant, specially made burger.

I definitely will be back for their breakfast and happy hours. And will consider this restaurant for all my parties and client meetings.

Three visits (lunch and 2 dinners)! The food is very tasty and served hot and fresh. The service is a tad slow every visit. The last visit, I believe was the manager that came out to apologize. The floor wasn't too busy, but I think it was enough to overwhelm the kitchen. I found it worth the wait however. I've had the same waitress each time, and she was amazing. Usually, the speed of service would have me dropping this ranking to a 4, but I"m going to give them another go for breakfast and see how that goes :) Definitely a place I enjoy in town however. Worth a try! Just maybe not if you are in a rush.
