“Staff - excellent. Great service. Food - phenomenal. So many great options from the starters to the entrees. We went to a higher end restaurant previously and when the bill came, so much more value from Shoeless Joe's in comparison. Some quick highly recommendations include the French Onion soup (one of the best we've ever had), the fries (so much better than traditional restaurant fare) and the Chicken Cordon Bleu (the sauce is rich and flavorful). Can't go wrong. A must to go especially the Georgetown location.”

“Visiting here for over 2 years now. Food is awesome and not too salty for a Hakka cuisine. Spicy chicken lollipops are a must try. Only had a complain once for over-frying the lollipops and they acknowledged it and gave a replacement. Customer service is above par (Glad it's not a franchise)”

She was very kind enough to accomodate to our requirements and wedding needs. She made our function great and all the servers were very professional and did a great job in our wedding. “Just tried the 56 buddy burger, honestly allot better than McDonald's simply due to the bread being so much softer, puffier. It's just nice. And the party itself was small due to it being a small burger no complaints there but the sauces really bring out the taste. All in all I would recommend buying 2 instead 1 because it's not enough to fill you up. Can't wait to try out the mozzarella burger next”

“Went for lunch today with family. It was perfect to stop after busy rush at outlet. Hostess got us seated and got us water glasses topped with a lemon rite away. I don’t remember any restaurants doing this anymore so they impressed us rite away. When we got our food It was very delicious and staff is very attentive and friendly. The burgers were juicy was served with big serving of fries. They have generous size of portions for all the plates. The manager was really nice and she gave us deserts on the house with our meal because it was my daughter’s birthday. I noticed the staff was paying attention to every little thing. That was a very good gesture. We will be definitely coming back.”
