I had an okay experience my first time in, BUT this time I came in was absolutely outstanding! I was fortunate enough to be served by Emilie and I wouldn’t have asked for any other server. She was so genuine and kind, she was friendly and engaged in conversation. She was easily one of the best servers I have ever encountered at a restaurant! I will be returning for sure, but I will definitely be calling first to make sure Emilie is working! She made the experience an easy 12 out of 10! Thanks for everything Emilie!

First time at this location. We were seated promptly and the staff are super nice. They missed my wife’s meal so I had to sit there for 10 mins or so for her meal to come out. They comp her meal which was the nice thing to do. This place is ideal for Saturday night casual date night. Definitely recommend and return based on service and overall impression.

Great service and great food at a pretty reasonable price. Friendly staff and very patient with larger groups. Overall a very positive experience. Definetly recommend this place!

One of the best experiences I have had at Turtle Jacks. The servers and manager were amazing, food was great, portions were excellent and a great selection of deserts.
Really happy with my visit and will absolutely be returning.

great food, great service, great consistency. it's never mind blowing but I've never had a bad meal here, very reliable and affordable prices. some of the best burgers in town. can't go wrong
