Caffe Demetre Oakville

The food was delicious, and that's where the stars end.. we were there for an hour before getting a milkshake, and another half an hour or more for the actual food. I assume they were short staffed but there was zero acknowledgment of the long wait times. Could have been handled in better ways!

My family from across the country comes to this place for the amazing desserts! So many options and each of them more mouth watering than the other. I love the waffles!

Perennial classics which the family has been having for many more than two decades now. Some old classics still remain and some new ones are being added.

Some vegan choices have been added and some removed. The ones that are gone were my favourites and is disappointing.

Family and guests from here and abroad seem to enjoy and I don’t mind bringing them here.

A great place to get diabetes :-) great ice cream and crepes. We tried the split personality which is enough for 3-4 people easy. We also tried a crepe but I forgot the name of it. It was amazing with a scoop of ice cream (I think they all come with ice cream) then topped it off with a Nutella shake.
A little pricey but worth it. We paid about $50 for those 3 orders

I love what they have down with the place! Completely revamped. Brand new place with the fancy chairs and framed gigantic pictures! Their rose flower wall for pictures is a great touch!
The desserts are amazing as always. Downfall, their cappuccino is too small, used to have two sizes but now just the one. Expensive and not satisfying.
Should Bring back the larger cappuccino for those of us who enjoy it.
