Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love chipotle and their staff. They are always quick, knowledgeable and friendly, but I don't think I'll ever be going within the last hour till close again. I always get the same thing; burrito bowl with half steak, half chicken but this time they had no steak, no cooked chicken, so I had to wait. The employee who served me was nice enough to give me a bit of extra serving because I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked, which was very kind of her. When i got to the cash, as always they asked me if I wanted any chips with dip (guacamole, salsa, sour cream) or a drink. I said no to the drink but yes to chips and guacamole. It wasn't until I finished ordering that he told me they were out of chips, too. Pretty disappointing to be honest, they were out of everything that I came for that day!

This might be the busiest Chipotle location I have been to, I was dreading the line. However the staff is extremely efficient at getting orders out. I was so blown away by how good they were that I had to leave a review. Excellent job!

Hit and miss. Depends on who is preparing the food. One of the only restaurants where the flavour of the food can change dramatically depending on who prepared it. One time the chicken in my bowl was raw but I’m not the type to complain so I just threw it out and moved on with life.

Awesome experience. They were so busy and still managed to give great service to all of the people in line. No attitudes. I wish this location was more convenient for me to get to because I prefer the staff here over the staff I've encountered at other Chipotle locations in the GTA.

Excellent service and food. Definitely different from other locations. For example, I didn't have to ask for grilled vegetables, they informed of extra cost of guacamole (which I knew but nevertheless). Service staff is friendly and professional. And they have a patio ... Lots of seating space indoors too.
