Best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Discreet and refined. Excellent selection of specials and wide array of steaks. Very expensive but appears to be of good value.

well, we had to celebrate. I've always wanted to visit Oliver's. was a bit surprised that it changed ownership but after the night was over, I am pleased to say that maybe it was a change for the best! we had a very good bottle of wine recommended by Sommelier/Manager to go with our A5 Miyazaki beef - it was like a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. Fair prices for outstanding food and wine - life is too short to have bad blood and cheap wine. It was a celebratory occasion and with A5 steak order they even brought out special set of cold folded Japanese steak knives ( have to wait 6 month for the order straight from Japan). We had an great experience and will return.

We held our weeding reception at Oliver's on the Canada Day long weekend. The owner was on site for the entire evening with his top staff from another restaurant. We worked with Sandra for a couple of months going through all the details before the big day and she was amazing to deal with. The restaurant was well above our expectations when we arrived and everyone made sure the evening went perfect. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing! Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was and the service. We will definitely be back and look forward to hosting other events here.

My brother and I took our mom here for Mother's Day. I honestly can't think of one bad thing that took away from the dining experience.
I noticed a lot of other reviews saying that the food is too pricey, but I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for.'
The food is beyond exceptional; we finished every bite. The service was lovely and the overall atmosphere is very elegant and peaceful.
I would definitely like to return sometime in the future.
For anyone looking to try a dish with an amazing flavour combination, get the arugula salad with pear and Parmesan.
