They lost the 4th star because we tried to call in our order for 30 minutes and there was no answer. When we went in, they were not very busy at all. -

(October 5, 2019, 3:48 pm)Came on a Saturday morning to get some breakfast and some quiet time to study. Food and coffee was great, cashier was nice.
Though by around 11 the staff were a handful of teenagers sitting in the dining area eating and joking around loudly (with some inappropriate comments) and in the kitchen they were even louder and can be heard from the dining area. Made me change my mind about deciding to come back here again for some lunch and coffee. -

(September 17, 2019, 4:16 pm)Visited mid-day for the purpose of buying a dozen bagels to take home. There were hardly any bagels left so I could only purchase 6 and ended up cleaning them out of two more varieties by doing so. Had to wait more than 5 minutes in line to order as there was only one person on cash (this seems to be a frequent problem at all Panera Bread for me). I also ordered two lattes to go and it took upwards of 10 minutes for me to get those drinks. This place is just slow at everything. Both bagels and drinks tasted good so at least the quality is ok.
