Went there for Thanksgiving Jazz Brunch. Food was delicious, very European ambiance, polite and friendly staff, as well as jazz musicians with incredible talent and vocals.
My one area of improvement would be to have a greater selection of food choices.
However, the 39 dollar price point was worth it!
I would definitely return to experience it again.
We reached out to Ricarda’s to host our Engagement party with family. Without us asking, they immediately offered us the private room and let us know that there would also be a corner in the room for the kids that were coming. This was not expected but so convenient and considerate and worked so well with the five kids in the family that came. We participated in Ricarda’s Sunday brunch with a live Jazz band. It was great, such a cozy environment, great modern decor, the staff was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. They even let us come in Saturday evening before the event to set up the room exactly how we wanted it.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our Engagement party.
Thank you to all the staff, great decor, and food.
We’ll be back for sure to host future events!
Try the mushroom "risotto," a rich, small portion that is not to be missed. The seared tuna salad was nice, and much lighter. We came on a Sunday for lunch, sat outside and listened to some great live music. A good time.
Ambiance and service were very good. The food was excellent. Menu choices were well balanced to satisfy different palates. Kitchen is open so you get to see the chef at work.
There was an issue with my steak order so the manager fixed it and simply took cost from the cheq. Extremely customer friendly.
I just hope to see diners on a weekday.
After a trip to the Oakville Salt Cave, we stopped next door at Ricarda’s for Sunday brunch. We had the brunch buffet, which includes one main item off the breakfast a la carte menu. It was a good price considering the fresh seafood, including oysters, were all-you-can-eat. There was many delicious salads, veggies, cheeses, and meats to choose from, along with fantastic scones and danishes. We sat on the patio and listened to the talented jazz duo while we ate. It’s definitely one of new favorite places for weekend brunch.
