Swiss Chalet

This location has a new look. It was completely renovated and the atmosphere is amazing. The food is very well prepared and presentation is very good. Employees are super nice and make you feel like you are dining with family. The pictures on the site are the old ones. It's worth a visit to check the place out and to grab a bite to eat.

We had a great working lunch there. The service was excellent and very prompt. Would be happy to visit again.

Been to this restaurant a few times. Food is good, service is good. however... Wear a jacket, even in summer to dine here. This restaurant is
freezing cold. We asked to move our seat three times, and we were still cold...We noticed most in the restaurant had their jackets on. How come there are not more comments about this?

It was an absolute pleasure to visit Swiss Chalet at Saturday lunch time.
We came and had a fantastic experience from the time we been there.
Host Lana is absolutely lovely lady who makes us feel so welcome
to the end of the meal.
Chickens meals and salads are really good.I'm CSR as well and can truly
tell that stuff is really care about customers!

We've always liked this place, and when the new enhanced menu went in it was even better. Obviously designed as a pilot store along with the recent renovations, lots of great new selections appeared adding a much welcome and overdue variety. I especially enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich. Alas, on our visit July 19th we were surprised and disappointed to see that nearly the entire new menu was tossed and they went back to the same old tired menu of before. The waitress said she didn't know why. To throw out every new item you introduced is bizarre. Nobody liked anything? We were left wondering why they bothered in the first place. What food we did have was the usual good quality we've come to expect, just ho-hum. So be forewarned - whatever test experiment was going on here is over. Just when they got me hooked, they cruelly turned chicken and balked balked on the new menu. I barely got to wet my beak, and my feathers are ruffled. Okay, I'll stop now.
