Well designed and they used the space well; loved the decor. Wood-fire pizzas were simply excellent and the house salad surprisingly great! Staff was awesome, quick and friendly. “We ordered two 1/2 chicken dinners with salads. Honestly, that was the best chicken my wife and I have had in quite a long long time. We have had chicken from John's Portuguese BBQ over near Mississauga and his chicken is excellent. But what we had from G&L was better and much closer to home. We are on a medically monitored diet similar to keto but with added major restrictions on sugar, fat and salt so being able to choose salads instead of rice or potatoes was important. When we are off the diet we will have to try the sandwiches!”

“First impression: wow! Coca-Cola collectors will definitely appreciate this family friendly diner. The food: delicious (we had the fish & chips and breaded pork chops). The milkshakes: a MUST have! Eyes were turning when Troy brought out our celebration milkshake. It was fantastic! And the service was excellent. Our waitress, Crystal, was so friendly and on point. Even with a full house, she made her rounds frequently and was so helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed live entertainment from Rockin Rob, who was very friendly and talented. Prices were reasonable and not too expensive for a dinner date. It was overall, a very good experience. We will definitely come back for more!”

“Amazing! Really good value. The price is low and the portions are huge. Try the cappuccino! -- My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this restaurant by mistake and were beyond impressed. We both got the Chicken Shawarma plate and one meal would have been enough to feed us both. The taste was authentic. The cappuccino was the most impressive item. I have drank a lot of cappuccinos in my life and this is was above and beyond all others. Perfectly creamy and soothe, we ended up fighting over who got the last sip. He even gave me the drink on the house which made me feel special for days. Will always make the trip to Milton from now on when we have the craving.”
