(September 14, 2019, 8:22 pm)My husband and I love subway, so convenient! Most of the employees are absolutely amazing! The guy with dark hair and beard deserves a raise. The only girl who wears a name-tag, Emily is great with customers. There is a young woman with long blonde hair who is very sweet. There is just one employee who is the absolute worst. I’ve never seen someone with such an attitude towards paying customers. She probably doesn’t wear a name tag because she’d get so many personal complaints, but is recognizable by her short stature and wildly long nails with a neon color. I would move this employee to the back and work on customer service basics before you move her to the line.
