The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette

Tasteful, delicious and seasonal food that is welcomingly uncomplicated. They combine what's local and in season with masterful raw cooking skills and present dishes that showcase those ingredients at their absolute best.

Destinations of this rank can often be overly formal and contrived but this place isn't that at all, despite the same excellent standard of service and hospitality.

We had one of our party fall ill (unrelated to the food/drink) and have to leave and they could not have been more accommodating and professional in managing the situation.

Will undoubtedly be back in a different season to see what else they have to offer.

It was an incredible experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. The staff is amazing. The chefs come out of the kitchen with each dish and explain to you what you are about to eat, where the ingredients were grown and how it was made and answer any questions that you might have. The wine sommelier explains each glass of wine that is paired with each course in great detail. They also have a juice course if you don't drink wine or are the designated driver and each juice is unique and they also explain to you what ingredients are in each one and these are also carefully paired with each dish. The views are lovely from the Restaurant. A simple amazing night.

THE Ontario fine dining restaurant. Incredibly representative of the agriculture and cuisine of the area. Over the top standards for service, food, and wine, yet pricing is beyond modest. This is a must go restaurant for any foodie. You will not be disappointed.

Great atmosphere and service. Locally grown food made with passion. Highly recommended. Do consider wine pairing... Well worth it but make sure you have a designated driver so you can enjoy the evening!!

I cannot rave about The Restaurant at PM more. The service is absolutely spectacular, the venue is beautiful and the food is outstanding. Not only is it absolutely delicious, unique and mouth watering but its visually breathtaking to the guest. The staff were able to accommodate all my dietary restrictions with out sacrificing flavour or quality. Some might think this is expensive but its truly worth every penny. I highly recommend the juice pairing as well as it really complimented the accompanying dishes and brought out the flavours. Note that reservations are required and there is a small non-refundable fee when you make your reservation. If you cannot attend, the fee is not returned but if you do make it, the fee is reduced from your overall bill. But this is venue is a must try for all.
