Excellent service and food, we were celebrating a birthday and we were not rushed out. The ladies were very attentive and kept checking on us to offer more coffee, etc. They also kept the birthday cake cool until we were ready for it then brought it out singing happy birthday.
Great local spot, we've been regulars here for years. The new menu is great nice to see new things being added in while keeping old classics.
Live nearby and enjoy eating @ the Queens Coach. Very friendly wait staff. I just wish that the hash browns were the old homestyle that used to be served here. Can't wait to try the newer menu items.
Very busy destination whenever I've been - especially during"tourist" season.
I've only been for breakfast, so can't comment on other offerings.
Food is always good, made to order, and hot when received. Quantities are reasonable for prices. Good selection on menu, so anyone should be able to find something they like. Priced reasonably enough for most families to be able to go.
Only slight negative was somewhat slow service - especially when ready to pay - but they did have a full house. Wait times for food wasn't bad at all, and had coffees refilled 3 times.
Have been a few times previously, and plan to return.
A Niagara Falls staple. The go-to place if you want a family style breakfast at any time of the day. The staff treat you like family and the food is cheap but of high quality. For example, a The Queen's Special includes a healthy helping of hashed browns, an egg in the style you want, a choice between bacon, sausage or ham, and toast of any bread you could want. All this for only $7.99! Makes for a great start to the day and has been an important part to my family for at least 3 generations.
