(July 24, 2019, 3:34 pm)I have been eating at Swiss Chalet for as far back as I can remember. As a kid, we would drive to Hamilton to eat here before one came to the area. I still love it to this day, and have never had a bad experience. The quality is top notch, and has been consistent over the years. Even chicken cooked at home is always accompanied by Swiss Chalet sauce. Mmmmmmmm!

(July 2, 2019, 7:05 pm)Okay. The meals and chicken are always great. But I have to dock two stars. I went through the drive thru the first time last week, and I waited 35 minutes for my order! The cashier didn't even acknowledge the wait at all. Most other places apologize for a 5 minute wait. This was actually 35 minutes. I could have ordered and came back, ya know? Next time, communicate. Is this a normal wait time? Abnormal? Weird.
