Great food. Friendly service. Recommend the rotisserie chicken. Very good with their house dipping sauce

For all from the Buffalo area, who miss their wonderful rotisserie chicken, this location in Canada is still the closest one to get your "fix!"

Always known for their chicken and their ribs, they have updated their menu to include more contemporary items like parmesan fries (all fries are hand cut and perfectly crispy).

However, service can be a little slow and the hostess tends to ignore you, even on a slow night when we just visited. The bathrooms could use a little more attention as well.

When you crave it, you just gotta have it! We miss you in Buffalo...

The food is juicy chicken, crisp salad, lucious lemonade, creamy coconut pie. Melinda is a cheerful, doting waitress as many are. We travel frequently from US to enjoy. Just don't get Gene, we gave her two tries, never checks back, rushes you through meal with food and take out before appetizer done. Never bring take out until meal end so still warm when home to a shut in.

Good place for a quick meal on the go during their specials. Checked portions are smaller than what I remembered 10 plus years ago. Washrooms here wasn't the freshest. The restaurant did not have a clean scent upon walking in, just acceptable.

Better than I remember. Swiss Chalet was a Buffalo staple until the closed their doors and abandoned Buffalo to the wild. ( I am guessing taxes killed them here) I recommend going to Canada for this excursion. I also recommend the half Chicken which was tender moist and delicious. The gravy though thicker than the past was perfect.
