The Eager Beaver Eatery and Sports Bar

Food is good, good prices! Nice patio. The server we had however ... was a little awkward? She refused to accept my health card as ID... thought that was odd said she needed to see a drivers license (I don’t drive) I showed her my old g1 and she accepted my expired g1 over my valid ID, not a big deal just thought it was odd. Then my boyfriend gave her his ID which was his drivers license and she didn't even look at it before saying no I need to see your drivers license (she assumed he handed her a health card i guess?) he told her she was holding it and that he just gave it to her, she looks at it ... she brings us a couple beers. A friend of ours joins us , we ordered some food in the middle of us eating she comes over to our table to say “hey can you guys pay now because im leaving and then if you want more just order from someone else” ... honestly I was a server for several years never have i done this and not just had another sever take care of my table? Or just waited for my table? ... anything other then walking up to customers mid chew to say hey can you guys pay. Honestly everything at this place was over all good the server just made the experience kind of uncomfortable

New favorite Bar for food a drinks. Excellent bar food. Great patio and friendly staff. I am so happy that they fixed up the old Drummond Inn. You can still find a good juke box and a pool table. The drink specials a pizza are top notch. The only thing I could recommend is some new felt on the pool table.

What a gem! The food was fantastic, reasonably priced, fast service, food was fresh, many options and upgrade offers (onion rings instead of fries were the best idea... crisp, with tasty dip and the onion did not slide out of the battered covering)

The server was friendly, with suggestions and the restaurants sports bar design was familiar and comfortable with big screen Tv’s showcasing the live sports. We will be back.

This place is one of our favourite new go-to's! The patio is over and above with an outdoor wood oven and outdoor bar. We were serenaded by a talented singer/guitar musician and the food was over abundant and leftovers to enjoy at home. The pizza is amazing and the Beaver fries must be tried...make sure you are good and hungry! We will be returning regularly!

Wings were small in size but were good. Loved the burger and fries and chicken breast burger. Good prices for the portions served. Just don't visit when busy if you are in a rush. The staff however went out of there way to make us feel comfortable as we had a drink by the bar while waiting.
