Really excellent little place! Great food, service, and brews, which are made on site! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a lovely time out back in the Biergarten. Andrew, our server was lovely. Very friendly and great service. The cider and beer were delicious and we even got to check out the Hops plants growing in the garden. Definitely recommend and will come back!

We really liked the beer selection of the associated brewery, and the beautiful beer garden in the back. Service was slow because it was busy and there was only one person running service and the bar. The food is not great. We had the schnitzel with spätzle and the burger. Both were very dry, and cold when they came to the table. I also think it's too expensive for what you get. For the food is give max 2-3 stars. But the patio and beer is nice!

Bang on European comfort foods: schnitzel sandwiches, fish and chips, pretzels, sausage, charcuterie and more. Every dish is thoughtfully planned out and expertly created. There is a solid main menu and ever changing specials. I tried the deep fried brussel sprouts and they were delicious.

I highly recommend doing take out and picnicking in Lakeside Park (a 2 minute walk away).

In a group of 6 we all enjoyed our meals consisting of a variety of German/Austrian dishes. All agreed that the quality and portions were flawless. The beer brewed on location was exceptionally classy. I enjoyed the pickled salmon "gavlochs" with latkes onions and pickles. The prices are reasonable and the cuisine exceptional.
