From the spicy tofu to the beef brisket on rice to the braised chicken (with bones in!) the food made me feel a bit like I was back in Hong Kong! This is wonderful, authentic Chinese cuisine! Everything on the menu looked so good, we had a challenge just whittling down what we would limit ourselves to! We couldn't stop at those 3 dishes, so we also had Mama's Chinese Crepe, the Chinese Sandwich (shredded pork in lovely savoury pancake), Mama's Ramon (lovely noodles, pork broth, pork meat, crab meat...). In addition it's a lovely place with a few cozy booths as well as tables. The white and black colours gave it a bright, cheerful feel. Highly recommended!

Definitely my fav Chinese restaurant. The pork dumplings are out of this world especially when dipped in the garlic sauce. Can't go wrong with the shredded pork dish either!

Delicious authentic Chinese food! Also, such a nice atmosphere; it's a hidden gem in St.Catharines. The restaurant has that luxurious feeling without the high price tag. Had an amazing lunch for $12! Great service!

Enjoyed the modern and clean decor. The food was very good too! A little pricier than typical Canadian-Chinese, but not by much. And the quality of the food, presentation and service more than makes up for it!

Note: this has authentic Chinese dishes, not the common Canadian-Chinese dishes (no Chicken Balls for example), but the wait-staff are knowledgeable and will help guide you to dishes you will enjoy.
