Rolly's Smokehouse

Great Smokehouse restaurant. Service was excellent. Food was really really good. Huge portions and affordable. It’s an all round hidden treasure.
Worth the drive to Smithville.

I'd definitely eat here again. I had the pork and brisket sliders. Both were excellent. The brisket was moist and tender, which is always nice to find! The fries were crispy and tender. Perfection! If you're looking for atmosphere, expect hole in the wall.

We haven't been in that building since the Pancake House closed. So we were pleasantly surprised to see Rolly's menu variety. We had the Cesar salad with chicken and it was good. Just a simple light lunch but we shall certainly return for a more substantial meal in the future.

Very nice restaurant. I had the best deep fried pickles there that had amazing batter. Service was very good. I had a server named Nicole who was very kind and always around if we needed anything such as water or cutlery. All around very good.

This was our first time at this restaurant. First entering, you get the amazing smell of the smoke. The interior isn't quite what you'd think a smokehouse would be, but great nonetheless! Our server Eric was great. Joked with us, and seemed to actually enjoy his job. We really like it when a server can actually talk to us and not just go through the motions. We really liked the portions that we had received. We will definitely will be back!!
