Very delicious food. To start, the bread is full of flavor with great texture. The kale salad was absolutely perfect! The dried fruit and vegetable crisps topped off the dish. The cauliflower pasta was also quite good as well. Highly recommend.
Went for dinner on Christmas Eve to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was romantic, cozy and high-end. They even had a purse holder which I thought was a great touch.
They were understaffed with only 2 servers and the owner and kitchen helping out, so it was a bit slower but we understood. The food itself was delicious. The homemade bread was different, but in a good way. We had the escargot to start, it was good but I've had better. We got the veal and scallops and the beef pasta as mains and neither disappointed. Both were delicious and we were stuffed we couldn't finish and took it home. They even brought out a stand for the bag to sit on as we finished the complimentary creme brulee our server provided for my birthday.
Service was amazing even though they were overwhelmed. We're now looking to hold an event there since everything went so well and the place is so charming. It's a true gem for Brampton and I highly recommend going.
You would probably read all the reasons for a 5 star from other comments.. just in 3 points: 1. Ambience- romantic and cozy, homelike. 2. Food- perfectly done from chef for whom cooking is an art. 3. Service- flawless.
I mean, an unexpected but exceptional place for a peaceful family gathering or a beautiful Christmas eve dinner. Worth the price you lay for food and drink❤
The best way to tip a chef is to leave an honest review. Quite honestly, Aria Bistro and Lounge is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to. I had the pleasure of dining there recently with my family and enjoyed every second there and even after. The attentiveness from the wait staff and the Chef Anthony Trenton himself made the experience extra special. Every dish was prepared with extra care and attention to the smallest details and requests, perfectly executed.
If you haven’t had the pleasure of dining there yet, please do - and if you have - don’t be a stranger. I know I won’t be.
5 stars are often given without merit... Well, this place IS a true 5 star restaurant! From the ambiance to the rare wines, an absolute Gem!! Highly recommend you visit. The service is second to none and so are the many wonderful and exotic dishes. Romantic if need be or a great family spot.
