Caravan Kabob House

In short, the food was excellent. The restaurant itself was kind of meh.

Had to try the Brampton location having visited the Mississauga restaurant several times. No problem getting parking in this plaza on a Sunday night. The place was busy and they were also taking a lot of phone orders. But we got a table; we ordered; we paid; we waited; and we ate and it was good.

But why only 4 stars? Well, when you enter for the first time, you might be confused by the layout. It doesn't look like a fast food restaurant, so you might wonder where's the host/hostess to seat you? Then you see there's an order counter past the dining area behind a facade wall.

Go there with an EMPTY stomach. The kebab is on point, the food is good and alotttt. The mango juice is 5 stars. Limited variety of drinks made it lose one star. It was a good experience

The food here is the best! Out of all the Persian Restaurants that are around i have to say that Caravan is my favourite. Very flavourful dishes and its always fresh. Clean and nice place on the inside. ????

The food is great and simple. I'd recommend the half chicken or the Sultani (for beef lovers) and fries. The portions are large and if you don't want too much rice you can order any of the meals with just salad and naan. The new location in Mississauga is a bit nicer and they serve you at your table. Overall, I eat Caravan at least once a week.

I don't usually give a 5 Star unless they really deserve it. I would grade the food taste 9/10 - Ambience 9/10 - Hospitality 10/10 - Price 10/10 - Serving Size 10/10 - Cuisine - 10/10. They have their bases covered and are doing a good job. I was satisfied with the whole experience and would grade them high quality based on my local experience with Afghani cuisine. Keep up the good work and don't drop ball in some time please. :) Good luck.
