Great authentic Trinidadian food. Their staff is kind and respectful.
Their prices are a bit expensive, especially for doubles which are small and has only two condiments; pepper and mango chutney.
Walk-in orders have about a 10 - 15 minutes wait on a slow day.
Overall, great to try once in a blue moon.

First time visit. Restaurant is very clean and I have to say that they have the cleanest and nice smelling washrooms - separate for male and female. Food is very tasty and service is very good and friendly. Did not have to wait for take out. Food reminds me of back home.

We has Chris Carter food for our hindu wedding and double station at the reception and I cant even begin to tell you how amazing the good the food tasted. Everything was on point including the service, portions and best if all the food tasted amazing. Our guests were so in love with the food they requested the food for future occasions.
Dealing and planning our menu with Chris was seamless as he made the process so easy for us.

I ordered chicken gravy, paid 6$ (small) for it, and when I reached home and opened the container, voila... it was thin gravy, no chicken only watery (almost as thin as water), won’t call it soupy, gravy.
A rip off, and that took one star off.

So order after inquiring the details, some items are good and taste is different. Worth trying? Yes.
