Taco Bell

What can I say. This location is closest to my work and some times I feel like a taco. This location has there ups and downs. Some times I'm there for 2-5 mins and done and other times I'm there for 30mins to get my order. Some employees show a sense of urgency while others look very lazy. The food has always been pretty good. But check your order before you leave. They some times forget your cookie or salad or give you the wrong salad. It's not the greatest but definitely not the worst I've been to.

Drive thru is pretty fast, and never had a issue with accuracy. The employees are friendly and professional.

Inconsistent. Sometimes you get what you expect, but sometimes you get staff who don't care about food service from start to finish that you end up with disappointing results.

For example, we went 20 minutes to close one night and the staff was so great and they were kind and our fries supreme looked like how it was supposed to and the chalupas were great and we didn't feel sick minutes after eating it. We literally go 2 days later in the afternoon (you would think that the service would be better since it's not close to closing time) and they were lazy with the fries supreme, barely any cheese or beef, scattered tomatoes, absolutely no green onions. And we felt sick shortly after.

I understand you get what you pay for in fast food, but we still pay at the end of the day, service matters. And despite the wonderful night staff, it's the inconsistency in service that will unfortunately be the reason I won't be returning.
