At BCC, Raw cold chicken was served to us on a bed of rice. We ordered red chicken with rice. When I took it back and told the guy that it tastes weird and its uncooked, they looked at me as if I did something wrong. I didnt want a refund. I wanted my food cooked properly.
I requested to cook it again. He took my food and cooked it in the same pan he had cooked my food in. That was disgusting. Who does that? He didnt even wash the pan after he cooked my food. I had a few bites before I found out the chicken was raw as it was very hot.
Where is the hygene? Even after cooking it, when I ate it, it was still raw. We threw out the whole plate.
Did he cook someone else food in the same pot? I hope not!! I wish I had taken pictures.!
