Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went here for the first time finally and I loved it. I got a bowl and ordered two tortillas on the side! Will definitely be going back :)

Staff is friendly and courteous. Whenever I've ordered online for pick-up, they have been prompt to have it ready for my selected time. Food is great and tastes great as well.

Great food. Tasty and warm. Tortilla could have been a little more cooked but no big deal.

I'm using my brother's account to write this as this review is needed. About 2 days ago I ordered a burrito and during time to pay, I entered the wrong pin 3x as I was using my mom's bank card. One of the managers I believe came up to me and asked if everything was okay with the payment and I advised him that I am trying to get a hold of my mom to get the right pin. The manager then advised he will give me some time to get my situation sorted out and will come back to let me know that next step. However, my mom didn't pick up and I was left with no other way to pay. After about 10 - 15 minutes of waiting for my mom to call back, the manager, with another employee, which was probably the manager, I don't know their job title but I do know they helped me. Instead of throwing the food out like the other food companies, they let me know they will pay for the food and that I could go back to the cashier to pick up my food.

Positive experiences like that encourages a person to write a review that is meaningful. I wish those 2 gentlemen the best and Chipotle success.
