(October 31, 2019, 5:08 pm)Great Pizza and great customer service. Today, I ordered online and by mistake ordered gluten free pizza instead of regular. When I got there to pick up my order, I was surprised and said, no I ordered the regular pizza not gluten free. The guy at the service showed me the receipt of order which mentioned gluten free, I was confused and sad. Very politely he said, If you want to wait for 10 mins, I will make a new regular pizza for you at no extra cost. And I left the place with a big smile and lots of thank you. This is what is called good customer service. :)

I always dread when my partner wants Domino's while ordering from our nearest Toronto location, however, this place exceeded our expectations. The food quality is completely different, brings me back to my old hometown Domino's. The delivery driver was extremely polite and chatty. Great experience all around.

Although every time I call I am always charged a different amount ( and I always order the same thing) this time it was different. I was treated right and on top of it it was my son's bday and they gave me complementary pizza!! The person even carried my order to the car.

Employees were professional, polite, courteous and provided OUTSTANDING customer service!
