    Had went next door for motorcycle service, thought of grabbing quick lunch. It was late lunch time and they close at 4pm, so it was empty. The gentleman at cash, possibly the owner’s son was very nice and welcoming. The owner seemed to be the cook. Had the house special “Hamburger with pemeal bacon”. Food came out quick, looked great as the picture and very reasonable. It was only about $10 with tax and tips. Better than going to mcdonalds or any other fast food. If you’re in the neighbourhood and hungry I would highly recommend visiting this place.

    The friendly grill has been here for years!
    It is a old school diner with pictures of sports and comics book heroes on the wall. Their hospitality is amazing, warm and friendly. Food here is great and the portions are fabulous. I would be back for sure!
