Great Customer service. I'm super amazed by how chill minded and utterly professional staff they have . I spilled a drink accidentally . The staff was really cool headed and cleaned the area quickly and gave me a new drink and new seat . Thank You

This Harvey's is the only one I go to. It's close by and they have the best customer service.. They always get my order right ???? ???????? and the food is always fresh.

Very average Harvey’s customer service is not bad and food is up to par. Nothing special about this place. Just know it’s safe and you will enjoy your burger from Harvey’s.

Food was great. Place was clean and girl behind counter answered all of our questions related to SCENE card.

The service was also quick and all of them were really friendly.

I am cutting one star because there wasn't hand dryer in washroom to dry off the hands after washing. I appreciate the papers but dryer is always good. Get it please.

Pretty good location I’ve frequented for years. Always popular with the lunch crowd from the nearby industrial parks, seating can be tight on Fridays especially.

Staff is always friendly and service is quick here due to the high traffic. There is fairly ample seating with one television showing CP24 which is a nice addition. Food quality is pretty consistent.

Food service area and condiments stand are always clean and well stocked. A little bit inconvenient that the fountain drinks are not self service, it is behind the counter and you need to let staff know what drink you want at the time or order. You can get a refill if you ask.

The only other issue is the dedicated parking for Harvey’s is quite tight and small. Sometimes a food delivery truck can block a good portion of the parking lot, even trapping you if you parked in a closer spot to the building. However there is additional parking on the other side of the building.
