Hero Certified Burgers

Nice staff, seems to be family run. Haven't eaten the food yet, but Hero Burger is one of my favorite places.

Most times I’ve been here, the burgers are great. However customer service- not so much. They were advertising their app on the screen saying you can get 5 dollars off your order if you download the app, I did so and they said that’s no longer happening even though they were advertising it - (false advertising).
The same day, they gave me the wrong milkshake, which was fine and I told them, however they took away the one they made by mistake and threw it out even though it was full and could have just given it away instead of throwing it out and wasting it. Usually other restaurants accept their mistake and give you both the one the accidentally made, and the one you ordered, if they mess up.
The owner is also racist and favours Arab customers.
However some days the people working are kind - but really want you to write a review. A couple days ago the owner gave me an ice cream coupon, saying if I write a review for them and show him, he will give me free ice cream.

I have been there 2 times and each time the workers have very welcoming and kind. The food was amazing!!!! Definitely my new burger joint. All organic food. Just absolutely amazing

Pretty good. Small portions but just right for a small eater like myself. People accustomed to large sized burgers at the usual fast food joints will find these small. Service was excellent.

By far the best burgers in this area ! Not only the food that counts but the atmosphere and staff too. Very friendly staff members. Family owned franchise. Samy the owner , his wife and son are so nice and helpful. The burger is just right ! Nothing better than that. Done for perfection. I strongly recommend you try it if you haven't still done that.
