Had a nice stay here for more than a week. All the staff working here are great. Butter chicken from the restaurant was too delicious!
Check in was awesome with "Moss". Very polite and helpful. Older refurbished Inn. Our room was well updated and appointed but the new vanity with older taps and toilet fixtures didn't make much sense, although they function. What were didn't like was the shuttle service, which was posted on Expedia and the hotel's website was free. It is not free and the no shuttle service between 730 to 930am makes no sense and we ended up requiring Uber to get us to out 11am flight. If the shuttle service is not concerning to you, this is a good stay and good value for money. Regards to Moss!
This hotel gave me wonder experience that I would love to remember! The fantastic and respectful customer service from start to end. they had a very high quality rooms, exceptional beds, huge tv's with extensive choices.Great breakfast and diner experience, again handled by high quality staff! I would to stay here again!
Very beautiful hotel. Clean, quiet & very friendly staff. Unfortunately we did have an issue that stemmed from the restaurant in the hotel to which the manager handled quickly & efficiently (even though it was his day off). We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was just far enough from the airport to not hear noisy airplanes all night yet close enough to travel to the TCC with ease.
