Nando's Dixie

Food was so good, normally I avoid white meat. Something said to give it a shot. Omg so good! Juicy, fresh, tender could not believe it.

I Love Nando's for their fresh grilled chicken and delicious peri fries. Only when they are made fresh. This location usually has good service. The fries I got last time I went were really old and stale. The inconsistencies is what makes me hesitate to come back more often.

Enjoyed a take out quarter chicken white meal during a recent promotion. The meal was filling, great tasting with the perfect amount of spice. The staff were very pleasant and quick to serve me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to enjoy a sit down meal.

Went here with a recommendation from a friend. Ambience was great, service was fantastic. Ordered full chicken with sides to go. The sides were tiny, had no flavor. By tiny I'm talking two table spoons of vegetables and 2 table spoons of rice. The chicken was okay, as was the sauce. They let you pour as much sauce as you need to take with you. That was good.
Called in the the manager to give a heads up of the portions and she was accommodating. She said she gets complaints about it all the time and reports it to corporate but nothing changes. She thanked me for my call and asked if I wanted some coupons for a 2nd chance.

Without her and her staff, I would have given this a 2 star rating.

We stopped in at 930pm on a Saturday and the place was packed. An attendant approached us right away and cleaned a table off that a group had just left. There were 3 of us and we settled on the classic sharing platter with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables for sides. They brought us out some garlic bread to start, which was crispy, buttery, and delicious. The chicken and sides came out quickly after and the staff was very attentive for how busy it was, everything was running really smoothly. The chicken was juicy and the sides tasted nice. My only complaint were the sauce bottles. They were pretty greasy from other's hands. Kind of gross to pickup the oily bottles and then eat your food. But overall, we had a good experience. People were still coming in to this packed restaurant when we left at 1030.
