Tarboosh Restaurant

As much as I love Tarboosh (I have been here at least 5 times), this latest visit was not a shining example. We had an incredibly indifferent waiter who didn't speak a word, and the table and the plates were dirty. When I brought back a dirty plate to them for another, they said they would replace it, with no apology whatsoever. We ordered the food, received it in a decent amount of time, and as always, it was excellent. The lamb skewer was perhaps a bit overdone, but everything is so flavourful and tasty that you don't even notice. The meat skewers and rice are fantastic, particularly the chicken. And their baklava is simply to die for. And when we were finished, we waited . . . forever. No water refills, no checks on how we were doing after the meal. So, food: five stars. Service: 1. I hope this is addressed in the future.

Food was great and fresh! Very quiet and comfortable atmosphere, staff were also extremely friendly! I would go back again.

The restaurant is nice and roomy, the meals was enchanting and the rates were very inexpensive. quickly, effective service and very personal staff. Highly recommended.

The BEST in authentic Lebanese food. You will not be disappointed and as someone who is very very picky I would give this restaurant a 20 out of 10!
Paramount and the likes do not even compare to the food you will get here and the price point is comparable. Their falafel is the best in town! As is all the rest of their food!
