The experienced staff who work the day and evening shifts are great, but some of the less experienced staff who work the overnight shift at the drive-thru are absolutely horrible and seem to have no customer service skills.
They don't even greet a customer properly at the drive-thru speaker. Instead of saying something like "welcome to Tim Hortons can I take your order"...they just greet the customer with a very sad and unenthusiastic "Hi". Then, after you give your order, instead of repeating it back and giving you the total and saying something like "Your total is xxx, please drive up to the window", they just say "ok". Then, when you get to the window, there is no "hi" or "thank you" or anything like that. Instead the server looks at you like you've inconvenienced them for being a customer.
