Tremendous Chinese Restaurant

LOVE LOVE LOVE! First time trying this place. I love that the food isn't swimming in oil. And food prep and delivery was very fast. I will definitely be ordering from this place again

It’s a great place to go to if you crave for late night dim sum as this restaurant serves dim sum from opening till closing. I’m giving a 3 star rating because last night I found out the restaurant charges you automatic 10% service charge if you go late night. It’s a bad service practice as I’ve never been to a Chinese restaurant who charges auto gratuity. The server didn’t even mention the charge so I tipped an extra 12% tips on top of the service charge so I ended up tipping 22% tips in total. I questioned the server after I saw the charge and he blamed it on me for not reading the bill thoroughly. They made their total amount font bigger and bolder than the other details. You really need to read in details to see the small “10% service charge” font. Normal people would only look at the total and just tip on top. We also only had 3 people so who would expect to be charged auto gratuity. It’s a very shady move. Server offered to refund me the extra tips I paid after I called them out and I refused but it left me thinking how many customers have they scammed before someone call them out on it. It would’ve been nice if they mentioned the service charge when they give the bill so people are aware of it. Not happy with the business practice they have there.

They've made many improvements over many many many years. Foods great, staffs friendly, bathrooms clean... Overall... One could say.... This place is..... TREMENDOUS.

Great place to eat, best staff and awesome food. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about this place
