Take out is available. The food is great and they keep some traditional dishes but change a few so it doesn't feel like the same thing always. Food is not very oily which is a plus. I never feel sick after eating from this restaurant as a result of that. The owners try to make a point of say hello especially when they recognize any one. Great value for money. “My colleagues took me to this place for lunch. From the outside it looked like a regular strip mall restaurant nothing special. Inside the interior was inviting and clean. The staff were very pleasant and seated us immediately. They had a large selection of $10 lunch specials which included a soup, spring role and choice of meal served on rice or noodles. Our meals were all very tasty and we're served to us piping hot within 10 minutes. They also continued to ensure our water glass was filled throughout our meal. I am very particular when it comes to Asian food and this place did not disappoint. I will definitely come here again.”

“I've ordered from China Sea for meetings held at the organization I work for a number of times, and the food has always been good, and the delivery service has always been prompt and efficient. However, there are a couple of issues I have noticed. The first one is that the pricing that is charged on the bill has always been slightly higher than the pricing shown on their website. The second one is that I've noticed the HST (and possibly other items) are frequently rounded up even when we are paying by credit card, which is not proper practice as per the law that states that rounding up and down is only for cash purchases. Are these two issues a result of oversights or shady ethics? I honestly cannot speculate. But if not for the two issues I've described above, then I would have gladly offered this business 5 stars. Be a careful buyer and take care.”
