“I don't write a lot of these but credit where credit do.. I came in to night for the wings and they were great but really enjoyed watching the wait staff. When I sat at the bar Jahno picked up on me write away very pleasant and knew her job. I watched the staff and as people came into the restaurant they picked up on them in less than 20 seconds which is pretty amazing if you have been in the restaurant business. One staff member was waiting a party at the rear of the restaurant had a couple walked in and she pinned them as guest having them walking in the direction of the party in seconds. Just a great experience and I will be back for sure. Keep up the professionalism”

“My best friend and I have been coming here once or twice a month for the past 3 years on at the same time on Saturdays before we go to the movies. We sit in the same booth and other than when staff leaves, we get pretty consistent waiters and waitresses who know us and make sure we have everything we need. “Spice Culture is an excellent destination for those who desire the taste of authentic, high-quality Indian cuisine. Our experience here was truly memorable, the restaurant has a pleasing atmosphere and service was second to none. A particular highlight was there tomato soup – I don’t remember the last time I had soup this good outside of India. Unlike most Indian restaurants of the day, it is clear that all dishes were made with a unique flavouring and not a standard masala which is used for all curries. Highly recommend.”

“My wife had the dry ribs for the first time at the square one location and loved it so she insisted we try it out. Since we were close to this location we thought we would give it a go. I ordered the steak which was great and she ordered the dry rib. They were extremely salty. She tried one and I tried the other. The basket of ribs were down two. We called the server and asked her for napkins to wipe off the salt as they were too salty. She apologized but never offered to make a new batch. Anyways the napkins didn't really help. My wife felt bad and ate a few more since they were almost 20 bucks. We left half the basket of ribs and paid the bill. I would just train your staff to read into what the customer says and think on your feet. All we needed was a new batch with Less salt.”

“If you're counting calories don't come here. I went on a Holiday weekend so it was pretty crowded. The hostess did her best to quickly take names for seating and she was friendly. It took a few minutes for a server to see us but once we were seen our desserts were promptly prepared. I had a waffle with strawberries and strawberry ice cream. There a delicious white chocolate chocolate glaze drizzled on top. Very yummy.”

“Chako is a great place if you're into cooking your food with friends. It's very sociable. However, because of alleged safety concerns they lowered the flame on their grills, making it slower to cook food (and keep in mind, you have a two hour limit). Not to mention. If you go here, bring older clothes. You will smell of BBQ when you are done as their ventilation is often unable to keep up. Staff as well are a bit slow to respond. Sometimes it'll be a good while before you get a refill or be able to do another order of food to cook. Some restaurants in this style use iPads to quicken response times with staff and the kitchen, this is something that would fix my two biggest quirks with this place, slow response, and easy ordering (as last time I was there staff got some orders wrong). All in all, it's a good place to stuff yourself with food until you need a wheel chair to leave. Food is seasoned well, not the biggest variety in the menu, but what they have is pretty good. I go here for my birthday every year, here's hoping next year they fix some of these issues.”
