“Every time I come to this location I always have a great experience with well-trained and nice staff. Also when I'm asked what kind of sauces I would like and I asked them if I can have all of them they always smile and give me them with tons of hot sauce which is awesome! The staff really should be recognized here as they all work together as a team and I'm usually in and out within 15 minutes or less even when it's a little busy. The food is always nice and hot and fresh and crispy and so delicious too! Thank you very much for providing such great service. I am a very happy customer who will continue to come here.”

Brought it back and said I asked for mid rare, she informed me that all steak sandwiches are cooked like that... then why ask how you want your 8oz steak sandwich if they only cook well done... but the master burger is good so not all bad there”

I remember the original location on Queen Street when it was only a few units on the top floor of a two story plaza, and the owner and his wife would go table to table to ensure everything was great. “Wicked Great Italian Food! Must Try and Great Value. A friend of mine from Restaurants Canada told me that this was his favourite independently owned family restaurant. I had to try it, and drove from Maple (where there are plenty of great authentic Italian restaurants nearby) all the way to Brampton and convinced a couple of local friends to try a place in their own backyard. It really is a gem. We all loved it and definitely will be back. Everything from the house wine, to the homemade fresh-from-the-oven Lasagna, to the seafood dishes had a great taste, generous portions and left us very impressed. It may be a small place, that balances the line between take-out and casual Italian eatery, but along with the service from the friendly staff, Tonino's makes you feel at home at a place with a big heart and a full stomach. Leave room for dessert! Give it a try, you will enjoy it.”

“I spent the extra 10 minutes driving out to this location with drive-thru because I had my kiddos with me. Staff was friendly and efficient, delivering quick service as well. Tacos were stuffed, popcorn chicken go buckets were packed to the top, nachos were bursting out of the bag and my Pepsi was the best tasting fountain drink I have ever had. I will definitely consider the drive out to this location the next time I am in the mood for some tacos and chicken.”

“Someone there really dropped the ball here. We placed our order for delivery this evening at 6:45pm. We were told at that time it would be about 1 hour for delivery due to their location being busy. We were fine with that as there isn't much that can be done. We recalled the location at 8:30 (which was 1 hour 45 mins from the original order) We were told at that time they were just STARTING the order for delivery. We were upset by this but we were PROMISED at that time that it would be here asap. The delivery to our door was another 45 mins. This now means we've been waiting for our meal since 6:45 now approx. 9:15ish that is 2 1/2 hours for delivery of pizza. This is just not acceptable!!!! We love pizza hut our favorite pizza but I'm thinking its going to be awhile before we order from you guys again. DO BETTER!!!”
