Legit. Consider that there is nothing this good within 20 minute drive, this gets 5 for sure. Complex flavors from perfectly balanced, simple ingredients. Noodles cooked to perfection. Play, less salt than most other places so you can taste the subtly of the noodles.
Fried chicken highly recommended as well
Just went here for their soft opening. The restaurant is bright and open, and the staff are really friendly.
The shoyu ramen was tasty (if a bit salty, but that's to be expected). I would definitely recommend paying the extra to get the egg as it really complements the soup.
The standout for me was the fried chicken though - it was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious.
Went to the soft opening for lunch with my family. Very clean, nice environment, family-friendly. Service was good although a bit slow. There was a mix-up with our order (they accidentally gave half of our bowls to another table and also ran out of egg) but they were apologetic and gave us a bit of a discount without us having to ask for it. Tasted good (no MSG) but portions were definitely a bit small for the price, especially with the snack platters. It would have been nice for an egg to be included within the price rather than for extra ($1.50) as most ramen places have. The bamboo was nicely seasoned! Perhaps once they tweak the portions or prices, we can give it another try.
Had lunch with family with kids. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and food was amazing. Will be back definitely!
