A small location with maybe 12 tables or so. Very good service from experienced and friendly wait staff. Food came out nice and hot if not super quick. Eggs cooked well which is nice at a place that serves an all day breakfast.
It's not fine dining so consider that in the rating. In it's category it's a good value and good quality. -

(August 18, 2019, 10:08 pm)We had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very warmly when we arrived. The place is very small and cozy. We were told to choose where to sit and a server came immediately with menus. Service was very friendly and the food came quick. Quality of the food was excellent. We ordered breakfast and we enjoyed every item. Overall this is a great little spot. Only thing is it could use a heck of a deep clean especially the window sills.
