Service was fairly good chickens not in the way I remember it.

This isn't the first time that I've paid full price for something and received 50% of what I should have received when at this location. Calling into head office doesn't seem to do anything at all, as this happened about a month ago now and no one has reached out to me. Besides being slightly ripped off, I don't have any other problems with this location.

Update: Just call the store with any problems, skip wasting time with head office.

I had a pleasure dealing with Zach who took my order and Penny who fulfilled my order. They both were great, but Zach customer service skills were above average. This wasn't my first time dealing with Zach and i need to mention that his performance is outstanding. He is always polite, pleasure to deal with and truly the STAR of that location. I observed him helping other customers and his enthusiasm really made the difference not only to me, but other guests as well. I truly hope that his hard work and dedication is recognized with in the company. This location would not be the same with out him!

Believe it or not. I was there tonight shortly after 7 and I had to wait because they ran out of chicken. They closed at 10 pm. I waited for almost 20 minutes before they had chicken ready. I'm being generous giving 3 stars.
