The Beach Lakefront Bar & Grill

Food was great. It's hard to balance though, between a terrific band, but being unable to talk, because of that. This place is really nice, in the summer, if you can get a table on the deck (when it's really warm), facing the lake.

Helpful staff let us know how busy they were and why... and kept updating us about the status our dinner. Good food was piping hot and very tasty. The portions left no room for desert but we heard rave reviews of the bourbon cheesecake.

Went here for dinner with a group of girlfriends. Atmosphere is average, a little dark for my tastes but the patio is probably gorgeous in the summer. This spot has a great view.

Our server (Logan) was so sweet and friendly. All of our food was delicious (definitely recommend the curry and the spinach dip).

Menu has lots of selection, suited to all tastes & dietary needs.

We just can't understand all the negative comments people have left! 3 of us had lunch here yesterday and all thought it was great. We'd read the reviews and decided to see for ourselves. Turns out our server was charming and helpful. She brought a sample of soup in response to a question about it, and brought a bowl of water for our dog tied up on the other side of the rail without us asking for it. Our meals were all very good, (the soups especially were outstanding), the service was prompt and the menu varied with reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back!

Had a lovely dinner on the patio! Food was excellent, good portions, nice flavour, exactly what you would expect from a good pub. The service was excellent, I didn't get the name of our waitress but she was fantastic.
The new owners have done an excellent job, the staff speak highly of them and you can feel the positive atmosphere. We will most definitely go back, next time for the wings.
