Ajisen Ramen

This was my first time coming here and to be fair the atmosphere was great, the staff was very polite. I’m a really picky eater mind you... so it’s not often I will actually love the food and be over the moon.
In terms of the food, it was an amazing experience to eat a Ramen on a really cold day. Munchies season.
I love the Ramen and the broth, I just wasn’t feeling the noodles...it was almost like a spaghetti type texture that I didn’t want to really eat in the soup, I pictured something of an eggy bouncier type of noodle.
However it was still a very good place. It’s just the noodles turned me off a little.

The chain is well run with standardized menus and consistent quality. Ajisen offers very yummy Ramen - noodles in delicious broth accompanied by your fave protein. Don’t let the success of the chain make you think less of this ramen house. It has a great selection and every bowl I’ve tried has been awesome.

The meals and service were above our expectations. I absolutely loved the ambience of this place. Wonderful restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

Been at this location many times through out the year, but possibly today was the best service experience I have ever experienced. Thanks to Loraine! Usually it's the typical dine in and out no questions asked deal, but today Loraine (hostess) provided actual high quality restaurant service. From walking in, to greeting with a smile, seating, fast service when ordering, and the small details like simply asking if everything is going okay, is what made me write this review.

Amazing food. Awesome service. Cant wait to go back. The owner and his family are extremely welcoming. Very honest and caring. Would super recommend this place. Good wait staff is hard to find, they got an A+ which I rarely see. On top the ramen was probably the best we tried in Toronto, both flavors so good!! U can even customize the soup and change flavour or spiciness to your taste. Good job team!! Thanks for the wonderful experience.
