    Game changing tasty prep meals. The variety and portion size of each vacuum sealed meal is perfect. ????????

    Picked up a few everyday meals-chicken tikka, meat balls & polenta, salmon. All vacuum-packed & perfect for a healthy option on-the-go. The salmon serving was very generous.

    Great place excellent food, great service. I would recommend this store in Markham. It's easy to place an order and pick it up in a day or two. Great for meal planning and the food is of the highest quality.
