Coops Smokin' Wing House

Yesterday was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the fine cuisine and wine and with the decent price. We will definitely go back there again.

Really good food and service. Great for work gatherings or just for a few drinks and a quick bite.

I don't typically go to a Wings restaurant, but had no choice since it was for a friend birthday. There are quite a few starter type dishes for someone who doesn't want to eat meat or chicken wings. We ordered mozzarella sticks, jalapenos peppers, fries and nachos. Enough to fill you up. But starters are not cheap and it adds up. Overall a decent place.

Choose to order take out from Coop's on a Tuesday evening. This was my first visit and decided to give them a try based on their positive reviews. Since it was a Tuesday, their online menu indicated it was half price wing night. I ordered a pound, well done. When I arrived to pay, I was told half price is only for "dine-in" and not take out. This is not mentioned anywhere on their menu nor their website. Fortunately, after some convincing, they decided to honor their advertised discount. Which I appreciated. However, this should be clearly stated on their website, that half price is only applicable to dine in customers. Full disclosure is required. Lastly, my wings were not well done as ordered. Disappointing experience, I will likely go elsewhere for wings in the future. Sauce was good though.
