The bartenders and the bouncers are all really nice and make sure you and your friends are doing alright. Great place to get drinks with friends

Patio great. Staff excellent. Food not so much. We ordered the fish and chip and they came very deep fried . We also order the nachos and the seemed to be microwaved.

Place is fine and the patio is fantastic on a cooler evening. The indoor pub area is a bit too stuffy and crowded. Was a bit disappointed with the small selection of beers on tap, would definitely add 3-4 local beers (Arch, Market or even lake Wilcox, 2nd wedge etc.) Didn't order any food, only nachos and weren't that great at all. Would probably go back to give it another try as I do believe that this place is better/ can be better.

Great vibe here at Newmarket's oldest pub. Joined some friends for a birthday karaoke night and had a decent meal and enjoyed the evening. Just wish the smokers would be forced a little further from the patio.
