    Absolutely DELISH treats that are gluten free and vegan. The whole family loves them... and very friendly staff too! Wish there were more locations :)

    My go to place for the vegan best smoothies, cakes, and pies! They really go above and beyond customer service wise! Highly highly recommend!

    This is your spot if your looking for delicious, guilt free snacks, food and drinks.

    I ve had a great experience every time I visit. You can see them making everything fresh behind the counter with lots of care and attention.

    Gluten free, dairy free health haven inside a mall! It doesn't get any better????

    Alexia was nice, friendly, positive, and very accommodating. I came back 3 times in a span of less than an hour, and purchased three different items as well. All were delicious. This place is KETO friendly, and I really enjoyed the KETO Pecan bar. I highly recommend trying Humble Roots Organic at Upper Canada Mall located in the Market & Co because the service, and food is always first class!
